Noah Cyrus is opening a new chapter in her music career with the announcement of her second studio album, I Want My Loved Ones to Go with Me, a project she describes as her most personal work yet.
The 25-year-old singer and actress, who is the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus and sister of global pop star Miley Cyrus, shared the news in a press release on Monday, June 16. The upcoming album is set for release on July 11, 2025, and will feature 11 tracks produced in collaboration with Mike Crossey and longtime creative partner PJ Harding.
“For a long time, I couldn’t really trust in my own choices,” Noah admitted. “I had to learn how to make decisions for myself and make that transition into adulthood.”
Now confident in her identity and voice, Cyrus revealed that the album reflects the emotional and creative growth she’s experienced over the years.
“But I’ve found who I am, I know who I am, and this record shows what I had inside me all this time. This album is me.”
Fans can expect a mix of raw vulnerability and emotional depth in the album, which Noah says was created to provide a healing, nostalgic experience for listeners.
“That’s something that I feel so heavily when I listen to music,” she shared. “We all want to connect with our past while also being aware of the present moment.”
In her heartfelt statement, she explained her goal was to capture that emotional pull through each track.
“Music does that for me, and this collection of songs was made with that in mind. I want to evoke that feeling of a comforting friend that a song can be — and allow us all to heal.”
Notably, the album includes a song titled With You, which holds special meaning as it’s the first song her father Billy Ray Cyrus ever wrote.
Following the success of her 2022 debut album The Hardest Part, Noah’s new record is poised to deepen her presence in the industry as a bold, self-assured artist ready to stand in her truth. With I Want My Loved Ones to Go with Me, Noah Cyrus invites fans to take that journey with her — one of memory, identity, and emotional release.
