Woman Charged with Child Sexual Assault After Recording Video to Prevent Blackmail, Documents Reveal

Documents reveal that a woman reportedly recorded herself engaging in sexual assault with a child as a means to prevent blackmail.

According to records NewsNation, Jaeden Choate, 22, is facing multiple charges, including sexual assault against a child and lewdness with a child.

In a disturbing incident on July 15, law enforcement launched an investigation following a distressing 911 call. The caller reported receiving a video showing Choate in a highly inappropriate situation, with explicit instructions involving a child. The authorities swiftly took action to address this alarming situation. The caller informed the authorities that she suspected the video had been recorded on the same day.

After examining the footage, authorities characterized the incident as involving a woman, later identified as Choate, engaging in a sexual act with a child, according to official documents. A child’s voice can be heard expressing their dislike in the video.

Choate was later apprehended by officers at her residence. During police questioning, Choate vehemently denied any allegations of child molestation and disputed various aspects of the video, according to official documents. The child had a connection with Choate and was not chosen randomly.

According to documents, Choate reported receiving unexpected text messages from an individual who behaved like a benefactor to her. A man made an unusual request to Choate, offering her $8,000 to create a video involving the application of feces on her body. Choate created and sent the video, only to discover that the individual who had asked for it was a former romantic partner who allegedly intended to use it for blackmail.

According to documents, Choate stated that she created the second video out of concern for potential repercussions as reported by 8NewsNow.

At her initial court appearance, Judge Rebecca Saxe refused to grant bail to Choate due to her probation status resulting from previous charges of burglary and theft. An initial hearing has been set for August 1st.
